From 20 to 22 November 2024 Professor Blaženka Divjak participated in the 2024 Inter-Regional Research Symposium (IRRS) Transforming Higher Education: 
Towards Sustainable Development, held in Bangkok, Thailand.

She was a speaker in the debate dealing with Digital Transformation: Will Teaching and Learning Benefit from Artificial Intelligence in the Next Decade? With several other distinguished speakers, she discussed the use of AI in classrooms and teachers' professional training, the role of AI tools in ensuring inclusion, its place in developing students' critical thinking, as well as the use of commercial AI tools in formal education.
